Sandra is an expert in labour law. She advises start-ups, SMEs listed and non-listed companies and international groups in the context of mergers and acquisitions, outsourcing, reorganizations and international transfers of employees, in various sectors of activity, including renewable energy, environment, real estate/construction, education, IT, personal services, and consulting,

She also assists leadership teams in their day-to-day issues, including collective bargaining, the drafting of collective agreements and negotiation, individual labor relations, compensation plans, international mobility, compliance policies and codes of conduct, relations with local authorities and administrations, as well as occupational health and safety matters. Sandra has a specific expertise in advising and defending C-level.

Throughout her career, Sandra worked for 15 years in French and international groups as Human Resources Director and Director of Industrial Affairs (Publicis Group, BNP Paribas, CITEO). She managed mergers and acquisitions, transfer of assets, reorganizations, and structuring the human resources function in challenging contexts and business model changes. These experiences allow her to combine a strategic, but also very business oriented approach, taking into consideration the many aspects impacting the decision making process within a company.

Sandra worked at renowned French firms such as DS Avocats and Earth Avocats, where she was a partner, before she decided to join Squair in 2023. She holds a Master's degree in Employment Law (University Panthéon-Sorbonne).
