He advises a diversified clientele, composed of investment funds, industrial groups but also investors, founders or managers, in the context of leverage buy-outs, acquisitions and sales, joint ventures, etc. He also advises managers and partners in the context of the management of their company, restructuring operations and the implementation of management packages.
