Squair advises Carvest and François Aufranc on the transfer of Arcos

Squair (Renan Lombard-Platet, Alexandre Vercruysse) advised Crédit Agricole Régions Investissement (Carvest) and François Aufranc on the sale of Arcos to Hervé Kowalska and Boris Simunic.

Based in Gorrevod (Ain), Arcos designs and manufactures custom smoking, drying, and cooking equipment for the food processing industry. Renowned for its technical expertise and high-quality processes, the company serves a French and international clientele, particularly in the cured meat, seafood, and fruit and vegetable drying sectors.

This transaction marks the joint exit of Carvest, a minority shareholder, and François Aufranc, the head of Arcos, who will support the new owners during a transition period.
