Squair on the sale of Verifimmo to BSK Holding

Verifimmo, a player in the security of construction and renovation projects, supporting banks and borrowers for more than 30 years in the technical, legal and insurance analysis of their operations, is joining the IBN group (Benjamin Nicaise) alongside Salwa Nadir and Karl Zicry.

The operation marks in particular the exit of the capital of Aurélie Michalet (President and partner via her holding company), as well as that of Sodero Gestion (via the Transmit & Pérenniser fund) and Turenne Capital Partenaires (via the PME Ouest Croissance 2016 fund), after the last few years of supporting management in the development of Verifimmo.
