Constance is involved in tax law. She has very solid experience and holds a certificate of specialization in tax law and customs law, issued by the National Bar Council. She assists companies in their daily tax management but also during exceptional transactions (restructuring operations, acquisitions, sales, etc.). She works with French or foreign clients in their transactions in France or in transnational transactions that she structures and coordinates.

She also assisted managers in defining and implementing their wealth strategy. She has developed a practice in the field of international mobility and tax litigation.

A lawyer since 2007, Constance began her career at Fidal Direction Internationale. Before joining Squair as a partner, she also worked at Julien-Jeulin & Associates and KPMG Avocats.

Constance is a member of the Institut des Avocats Conseils Fiscaux.
