Founded in 1976 in Touraine, Médipréma has established itself as one of the European leaders in its market thanks to an offer recognized for its ergonomics, innovation and quality. The group achieved nearly €40 million in turnover in 2024 and has 200+ employees on two sites (Tauxigny, France & Marche-en-Famenne, Belgium). Its solutions are distributed in more than 50 countries.

Alongside director Didier Delavault, InnovaFonds and Sodero will support the managerial transition that has begun and support the development plan, particularly internationally.
