Squair advised the management of Tallineau Emballage, as part of its takeover of the company alongside Turenne Groupe.
A key player in Western France in the market for the transformation of custom corrugated cardboard and the resale of packaging consumables, Tallineau Emballage reorganized its capital when it was transferred to its management team.
The Brochard family, historical shareholder of this century-old family SME, managed since 2017 by Benjamin Brochard, wanted to pass on the baton.
As part of this transaction, Squair supported its management, composed of three experienced executives, Céline Le Borgne, the new President, Frédéric Bouligand and Franck Bonnaud, who have long been involved in the development of the company, who have formed a management team, as well as Benjamin Brochard, who maintains a stake in the capital and pursues operational functions.
This transaction was carried out with the support of Turenne Groupe, which became a minority shareholder via its regional fund Pays de la Loire Croissance 2, alongside the management team.
Building on the skills and commitment of its 42 employees, Tallineau Emballage intends to consolidate its role as a trusted partner for its customers and accelerate its development in a logic of responsible and sustainable growth.
