Blandine is involved in corporate financing, projects financing and asset financing. She advises both lenders (debt funds and banks) and borrowers/sponsors in the structuring and implementation of financing or refinancing transactions, in France and internationally.

Blandine has significant experience in senior or mezzanine bond financing, both in setting up simple bond financing and in instruments giving access to capital (OBSA, OCA).

Before joining Squair, Blandine began her career at Nabarro & Hinge and then continued her practice at international law firms in Paris, including Eversheds Sutherland or Kramer Levin where she worked as a Counsel. She was recognized as Ones to Watch in the Best Lawyers 2024 ranking.
