Alexandre is involved in tax law, mainly with SMEs, mid-cap companies, and international groups. He provides operational support to French and international clients, ,to help them address their day-to-day tax issues and tax challenges related to their structure, as well as to anticipate the tax consequences of exceptional transactions (acquisitions, sales, fundraising, international expansion/establishment in France).

Alexandre also assists individuals (business leaders, key managers, and liberal professionals) with their personal tax and wealth structuring issues.

Alexandre has also developed a special expertise in transactional tax and he can advise each party to an M&A, LBO, or private equity transaction (sellers, buyers, investors, lenders, managers) on their specific tax issues. In particular, Alexandre can conduct tax audits of companies or groups of companies of any size and in any sector of activity and structure complex LBO and private equity transactions from a legal and tax perspective.

Alexandre provides both advisory and litigation services (assistance during tax audits, representation before the French tax authorities and administrative courts, litigation strategies, and tax claims opportunities).

Before joining Squair as Partner, Alexandre worked at several leading law firms, including Lamartine Conseil in Paris.

Alexandre is a member of the French Institut des Avocats Conseils Fiscaux (IACF).
