Xiaoman is an expert in corporate law, and has built up a recognised expertise in private equity transactions (mergers-acquisitions, LBO, venture capital), based on her experience advising investment funds and financial institutions in large acquisition transactions in Europe, involving major operators in the private equity market.

Within Squair law firm, Xiaoman assists international corporations as well as start-ups and venture capital funds in their acquisition and fundraising transactions, in France Europe, China and the United States. She also provides legal services to clients on a daily basis in the various areas of corporate law, ranging from day-to-day management to the implementation of complex legal and tax arrangements. As part of the legal follow-up of clients, she regularly advises them in the areas of relations between shareholders, employee share ownership, management package, and more generally corporate finance, cross-border transactions.

Born in Beijing, China, Xiaoman has maintained close ties with her homeland, which enables her to assist clients from both legal and cultural standpoints. She not only assists Chinese companies and individuals invest in Europe, but also provides services to European clients based in China.

Xiaoman graduated from the Sorbonne University in Paris and is triligual in French, English and Chinese.
