Véronique Piguet is a member of the Paris Bar. Her expertise in copyright allows her to assist start-ups, music labels, authors, artists, as well as companies in the audiovisual production, music publishing, fashion and design, multimedia, performing arts, literary publishing or influence and events sector, providing them with legal solutions specific to these sectors.

Furthermore, Véronique has an in-depth experience in industrial property matters, including national, European and international trademark and design registration and digital law issues (RGPD compliance, e-reputation, etc.). Over the past years, she has also developed a specific expertise in Web3 (NFT, metavers, artificial intelligence, virtual reality, etc.). In addition to her advisory work, Véronique regularly represents clients before all French jurisdictions and the various industrial property offices (INPI, EUIPO, WIPO).

With 25 years' experience, she has been ranked among the top lawyers in the media & entertainment - music law sector since 2019 (legal decision-makers, Leaders League). Having worked for renowned Parisian law firms in audiovisual, music and performing arts law, Véronique decided to join Squair in 2023 to offer her clients a more comprehensive support.

Véronique provides training in "Image rights and intellectual property" at L'Institut de L'Evènement and is a member of APRAM (Association des Praticiens du Droit des Marques et des Modèles). She is a graduate of the University of Paris V (3rd cycle in national, European and international litigation).
