Valentine is an expert in real estate law, working mainly with start-ups and SMEs in sectors such as retail, catering, coliving and healthcare.

She has developed solid expertise working in real estate legal departments, notably for ready-to-wear groups and restaurant chains, which has enabled her to acquire in-depth knowledge of the issues and specificities of these sectors.

Valentine masters a wide range of legal skills covering negotiation, management and litigation, enabling her to support her clients with efficiency and precision. Prior to joining Squair, Valentine was a partner at Urban Act Avocats.

She holds an LLM from Queen Mary University in London (dispute resolution) and a Master 2 in general private law from the Université de Paris XI.
