Valentine is an expert in real estate law. She assists a wide range of clients, in particular in the retail and restaurant industry, in the negociation and drafting leases (commercial leases, derogatory leases), as well as the transfer of leasehold rights or businesses. She also has a significant experience reprensenting her clients before the French jurisdictions in litigations regarding rent, construction work and resolutive clauses.

Mindful to the newest urban practices and concepts, Valentine anticipates the legal needs of the real estate sector. Committed to a more inclusive urban environment, she also assists compagnies promoting and developing an “accessible for all” cities such as co-living businesses and the silver economy.

Before joining Squair, Valentine was a partner at Urban Act Avocats.

She holds an LLM (dispute resolution) from Queen Mary University in London and a Master’s 2 degree in General Private Law from Paris XI University.
