Admitted to the Lyon Bar in 2011, Thomas is an expert in labour law and social security law, both as an advisor and in litigation.

Throughout his career, he has developed an in-depth expertise in individual and collective labour relations and work-related health issues, and has an extensive experience in handling technical cases relating to work-related health and safety, discrimination and psychosocial risks. Furthermore, Thomas has been trained by the best experts at handling matters in connection with social security and has developed a niche activity in claims for reimbursement of social security contributions and challenging URSSAF audits.

With his expertise and known for his pragmatism and creativity, Thomas assists French and foreign clients (start-ups, SMEs and ETIs) and HR Directors in the day-to-day management of individual and collective labour relations. His clients base covers various sectors (cleaning, real estate, architecture, catering, design offices, prevention and security, CGP, liberal professions, etc.). He also assists executives and senior managers both in pre-litigation and litigation.

Thomas holds a Labour Law Degree (Master 2) from the Institute of Labor Studies of Lyon (I.E.T.L) and a Management Degree from the Institute of Business Administration of Lyon (I.A.E). He has worked for major national law firms and developed his own structure before joining Squair as a partner. Thomas is also a lecturer at the University of Lyon 3.
