Stéphanie started practising as a lawyer in Paris in 2011, before moving to Bordeaux. She is an expert in Insolvency and Bankruptcy Law and Business Litigation.

She provides assistance to companies and their managers in navigating various challenges, whether in pre-insolvency proceedings (such as ad hoc mandates and conciliation proceedings) or collective proceedings (including safeguard proceedings, reorganization, or liquidation). Stéphanie also advises buyers in the acquisition of distressed companies or assets thereof, as well as shareholders, and creditors dealing with financially troubled companies. Stéphanie’s expertise extends to advising court-appointed agents.

Stéphanie holds a dual Master’s degree in French and Spanish Law from the University of Paris X – Nanterre, along with a post-graduate degree in Business Management.

Her journey into insolvency proceedings began through various internships with the court receivership firm FHBX, working under the supervision of Me Hélène Bourbouloux. Subsequently, she spent nine years with Maître Patricia Le Marchand at PLM Avocats before establishing her own firm. She joined Squair as a Partner in February 2024.
