Stéphanie is an expert in construction law, advising and representing a variety of clients from both the private and public-sector (owners, contractors, builders,...) at every stage of their construction project, from preventive summary proceedings to the expiry of the legal guarantees.

She assists her clients in the negotiation, drafting and throughout the performance of their contracts, for standard as well as highly complex real estate operations. She deals with all technical, financial and insurance issues that may arise between the parties involved in the construction phase. In particular, she handles all litigation procedures, including expert appraisals, before judicial and administrative jurisdictions.

Stéphanie teaches “construction insurance” in a Master's program at ESTP, and regularly provides training course in construction law, including for Le Moniteur.

Stéphanie holds a Master 2 in corporate and contract law (Lille II, 2009), and began her career at DS Avocats in 2012, where she became a pre-associate, before joining Earth Avocats in 2021 and Squair in 2023.
