A member of the Paris Bar since 2004, Maï assists her clients with all labour law issues, both as an advisor and in litigations.

She assists both French and foreign companies, SMEs and major groups, in sectors as diverse as fashion, cinema, industry, IT, hotels and restaurants, and real estate. Maï has also developed particular expertise in assisting senior executives, with a focus on building close, lasting relationships.

She is regularly interviewed on labour law issues by the general and specialized media.

Maï holds a Private Law degree (Master 2) from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, and spent several years with Verdier Le Prat Avocats before joining Squair in 2024.
