Member of the French Bar since 2014, Laura has developed strong skills in drafting and negotiating IT contracts (software licensing agreements (SaaS, on premise), maintenance, hosting, integration contracts, specific software development, service level agreements (SLAs), etc.) as well as in personal data law (drafting privacy policies, data breach procedures, rights exercise request management procedures, record of processing activities, processing mapping, negotiating and drafting data processing agreements, regulatory compliance training, etc.).

Laura is also an expert in intellectual property, internet and e-commerce law, and the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts.

Laura works on behalf of a diverse clientele, including start-ups, SMB and national and international groups in the IT, sports, fashion, new technologies, retail and industrial sectors.

Prior to joining Squair, Laura worked for over 6 years as part of a leading IT & Innovation team at Oyat law firm (a team that previously worked at Latournerie Wolfrom Avocats), where she held the title of Counsel. She also worked for 3 years at Courtois Lebel. Laura holds an LL.M. in Intellectual Property (King's College London), an MBA-Master II in Business Law and Management (Assas-Paris II) and a Master I in Comparative Law (University College of London).
