For more than 12 years Julien has assisted and represented public and private project owners and companies in all their issues relating to public law in general and more particularly in the context of procurement and execution, public contracts, as well as construction operations.

Julien holds a Master's degree in Public Business Law and is a Lawyer at the Lyon Bar since 2009.He has practiced in the most renowned firms in public law (Adamas/Adaltys, Racine, Seban) before being appointed Project Director of an engineering consulting group specializing in supporting local authorities and operators in network sectors (water, sanitation, energy, etc.).

His experience has enabled him to build a recognized expertise in consulting and strategy in the conduct of complex operations, by being able to always protect his client’s interests while taking into account the operational and financial aspects of the project.

Julien is also able to act as an Agent in real estate transactions and was admitted to the Professional School of Mediation and Negotiation in order to be issued the Mediator's certificate, recognized by the National Center for Mediation and Arbitration.
