About

Jennifer is an expert in corporate law, assisting entrepreneurs and corporate clients in their M&A transactions and restructuring operations. She also regularly advises investments funds with majority or minority investments and start-ups in their seed and Serie A rouds and in the implementation of management packages.

She has developed an in-depth expertise in CSR issues and is a member of the Nantes Bar Association's CSR Committee, allowing her to help companies take CSR aspects into account in in the context of corporate/M&A transactions.

Jennifer holds an LLM in International Legal Practice (Bond University, Australia, 2009) and a Master 2 in Business Law (Université Paris XI in partnership with ESCP-EAP). She has worked in international business law firms in Paris (Fidal, 2010-2014) and in the Private Equity/M&A boutique (Desfilis, 2014-2018; Guyard-Nasri, 2018-2019). She helped set up KPMG Avocats' corporate/M&A office in Nantes (Senior Manager KPMG Avocats, 2019-2023) before joining Squair in 2023.
