Hisham assists his clients (credit and financial institutions, asset management and investment companies) in all banking and finance regulatory matters (licensing, license extension and withdrawal, notification and authorizations procedures before French regulators, banking and investment services, regulations in connection with banking, financial and investment institutions and credit intermediaries).

He also adivises his clients in the context of corporate, LBO and real estate financing arrangements and in the context of debt restructuring within or outside insolvency proceedings, as well as in the frame of banking and finance, commercial and real estate pre-litigation and litigation.

Perfectly fluent in English, French and Arabic and with a good knowledge of the business environment of the MENA region, Hisham has accompanied several clients wishing to establish their activities in this region.

Hisham has an advanced Master degree in International Business Law from the university of Aix-Marseilles and is admitted to the Paris bar. Prior to joining Squair, Hisham practiced within the finance departments of international law firms for over ten years before launching his own practice where he strengthened his litigation skills.
