With a recognized expertise in banking and financial law, Hisham advises and assists on a regular basis investment funds, family offices, banks and the management of corporates in the structuring, drafting and negotiation of the financing arrangements of LBO, venture and development capital transactions and real estate investments (including in the context of cross-border deals) as well as in the restructuring of debts particularly during preventive and backup French and European legal proceedings.

Prior to joining Squair, Hisham practiced within the finance departments of international law firms for over ten years before launching his own practice where he strengthened his litigation skills.

Perfectly fluent in English, French and Arabic and with a good knowledge of the business environment of the MENA region, Hisham has accompanied several clients wishing to establish their activities in this region.

Hisham has an advanced Master degree in International Business Law from the university of Aix-Marseilles and is admitted to the Paris bar.
