Gabriel Curnier’s practice focuses on economic law, acting both as counsel and in litigation. He has an in-depth expertise in competition law (merger control, cartel, abuse of dominant position), distribution law (franchising, selective distribution, commercial agency, etc.) and commercial contracts (negotiation and drafting of commercial or industrial contracts, commercial relations, etc.).

Gabriel offers strategic advice on organizing distribution networks, conducting commercial negotiations and structuring pricing policies, as well as in the context of inspections carried out by administrative authorities. He has a significant experience in the e-commerce sector, advising software publishers and marketplace operators. Gabriel is also a trusted advisor to professional federations and associations in the defence of their members' interests.

Prior to joining Squair, Gabriel started his career at the top tier law firm Gide in Paris. He then joined Cadji and Numa Avocats in Aix-en-Provence.

Gabriel is a graduate of the Sciences Po Paris (Law School), holds an LL.M (University of Exeter) and a Master 2 in European Economic Law (University of Strasbourg). He is a member of the AFEC - Association Française d'Etude de la Concurrence (French Association for the Study of Competition).
