Dorottya is an attorney admitted to the Budapest and the Lyon Bars. She advises and represents companies and individuals in transactions as well as civil and commercial litigations and real estate matters.

Dorottya assists companies, shareholders and managing directors in day to day operations as well as in M&A transactions and restructuring. She has developped throughout her career an in-depth expertise in energy projects.

Before joining Squair, Dorottya started and built her career at top tier law firm Andersen Tax & Legal Hungary, which is part of the Andersen Global tax and legal advising network. She holds a Juris Doctorate from Pazmany Peter Catholic University, Budapest (2018) and gained legal international and French knowledge from Catholic University of Lyon (2017)

She speaks French, English and Hungarian.
