About

Chloé is an expert in media law and intellectual property law. She has developed an in-depth expertise in the audiovisual, live performance, music, publishing and communication sectors.

Her clients are mainly audiovisual and phonographic producers, live performance producers, publishers, advertising agencies as well as influencer marketing agencies, authors, artists and athletes. Chloé assists her clients throughout the process of creation, exploitation and distribution of their content. She assists them in the drafting and negotiation of their contracts and represents them before civil, commercial and even criminal courts.

Furthermore, Chloé gives lectures in intellectual property law in the context of professional and university training courses focused on the sound and image professions.

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2011, Chloé began her career at CBR & Associés, a highly reputed law firm in the music and audiovisual industries. She launched her own practice in 2019 before deciding to join Squair as a partner to offer a more comprehensive support to her clients. She holds a Private Law Degree (Master 2) from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne as well as a Culture and Communication Law Degree (Master 2) from the University of Paris XI.
