Charlotte is a French lawyer admitted to the Aix en Provence Bar. She joined Squair in September 2023, after a seven years experience in a top tier insolvency practitioner firm, THEVENOT PARTNERS, in Aix en Provence. Charlotte has therefore an in-depth experience in insolvency and bankruptcy procedures.

She also advises large and small companies, private investors and investment funds in the context of mergers and acquisitions, and private equity transactions, but also CEOs, board directors and shareholders in the context of day-to-day management of their company, governance, or restructuring.

Charlotte is a graduate of the Master 2 in Business Law and Taxation / DJCE from University of Jean Moulin Lyon III.
