Charlotte de Kersauson

About

Charlotte is a lawyer since 2014. She advises, assists and represents a wide variety of companies (startups, VSE/SMEs and groups) in all sectors (insurance, construction, design offices, IT, pharmaceuticals, healthcare...) as well as executives on all issues relating to labor law (individual and collective relations) and social protection.

She has developed a particular expertise in optimizing, organizing and managing working time: fixed annual number of days, fixed number of hours, annualization of working time, overtime, telecommuting, etc.

Charlotte has also written or co-authored several articles in specialist employment law journals (Semaine sociale Lamy, Semaine juridique social...) and regularly gives training courses on various employment law topics to companies.

Charlotte holds a Master degree in Droit et Pratique des Relations de Travail from Université Paris Panthéon-Assas. She worked for several years with leading Parisian employment law firms (Capstan Avocats, Advant Altana) before moving to Nantes, where she set up her own practice before joining Squair as a partner.
