Bruno Welsch

About

Admitted to the Paris Bar, Bruno is an experienced criminal defence and litigation lawyer, representing both domestic and international clients, including corporates, public organizations and individuals. While being a member of the Paris Bar criminal office and having developed a significant expertise in criminal defence, he also has an in-depth experience of and still regularly assists his clients before the civil and commercial courts.

Bruno has practiced in international and renowned French business law firms before launching his own firm, WELSCH Avocats, whose activity was exclusively devoted to criminal defence and litigation. He was also seconded to the legal department of a public institution to manage all of the group’s criminal matters, in France and abroad.

Bruno is a lecturer at the Institut Supérieur du Droit where he teaches business litigation and “eloquence”. He is also regularly invited to teach at the Montpellier School of law and is a frequent speaker in organizations and companies to raise awareness as to the means of criminal risk’s prevention and management.

Bruno holds a Master II in International business law (University Montpellier I) and a LL.M. (University of Florida - Fredric G. Levin College of Law). He also studied in the Netherlands (Utrecht University School of Law).
