Blandine is an expert in corporate finance, real estate finance and asset finance. She advises both lenders (debt funds and banks) and borrowers/sponsors, in structuring and implementing French and cross-border financing or refinancing transactions.

Blandine has significant experience in senior and mezzanine bond financing, both in the form of bonds (obligations simples) and bonds with warrants attached (OBSA, OCA).

Prior to joining SQUAIR, Blandine began her career at Nabarro & Hinge, before working for international law firms in Paris, including Eversheds Sutherland and Kramer Levin, where she worked as Counsel. She was recognised as Ones to Watch in the Best Lawyers 2024 ranking.

Blandine holds a Magistère de Juriste d'Affaires - DJCE and a Master II Juriste d'Affaires from the Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas, as well as a Mastère in International Risk Management from HEC Paris. She is also a graduate of the Ecole Nationale d'Assurances (certificate in international risk insurance) and speaks fluent English.
