Bérénice Ferrand

Bérénice is an attorney at the Paris Bar and an artists' agent. She assists artists, publishers, producers and distributors with their creative projects, both in the physical world and on the web3.

With her Franco-American training and professional experience (Paris & Washington DC), she advises a broad spectrum of domestic and foreign clients on copyright law, design law, trademark law, new technology law, personal data law and commercial law in the cultural sector.

She also has an in-depth expertise on protection (IPR applications), valuation (IP portfolios valuation) and defense of intellectual property rights (actions for infringement, unfair competition, parasitism, violation of image rights, defamation).

Bérénice teaches literary publishing law to students in the Masters 1 and 2 "Bookmaking and publishing professions" program at the Sorbonne. She is a member of the research laboratory of the International Center for Intellectual Property Studies (CEIPI) and an expert in literary and artistic property, registered with the European Commission and the French National Industrial Property Institute (INPI).
