Benoit Dehaene

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2009, Benoît has extensive experience in employment law and social security law. He advises companies of all sizes – start-ups, SMEs and listed companies – and in all sectors of activity (ESN and information technology, travel agencies, luxury goods, retail, health, personal services, restaurants, etc.).

Benoit acts both as counsel and in litigation and assists the managers of French and foreign companies in their daily management of individual and collective employment relations, with pragmatism and reactivity, both in French and in English. Over the years, Benoit has developed a particular expertise in collective labor relations and occupational health. He also has an in-depth experience in dealing with technical cases, particularly relating to working time regulations or in the context of M&A transactions or restructuring operations.

Benoît holds a Master's degree in Employment Law and Practice from the University of Panthéon Assas and has worked for firms such as CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre and Alerion, renowned for their employment law practice.

Benoît is also a Lamy and Liaisons Sociales seminars expert. He was a lecturer in employment law at the University of Panthéon-Sorbonne and continues to teach employment law in the Master 2 in Mergers and Acquisitions at the University of Paris-Saclay. He is also the author or co-editor of several articles (DSO Guide dedicated to the redeployment obligation (AEF), articles for Cahiers Sociaux, etc.)
