Aymeric Poisson

About

Aymeric is a qualified Paris Bar lawyer since 2015, whose practice is dedicated to public business law, including public procurement and complex contracts, both as a counsel and a litigator. He mainly advises public sector contractors, project managers and public works companies. He leads training seminars in public contracts law and intervenes as a visiting lecturer at ESSEC Business School.

His activity focuses on construction and public works sector, in which he has developed a solid expertise in contract procedure matters (definition of needs, choice of contract and applicable proceeding, drafting of contractual documents, negotiations), and legal issues regarding performance of contracts particularly in the event of financial or contractual and legal guarantees disputes (precontractual interlocutory procedure, summary procedures and expert opinion).

Aymeric also operates in the Social Economy sector and advises private and public operators whose activity concern social housing, culture and third places. He has notably developed strong skills in structuring legal schemes (social cooperative companies, associations, foundations and endowment funds, cooperation centers, …) and public-private project management.

Aymeric holds a Master of Law Degree in Public Economic Law (Univ. Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas, 2011), and in International Business Law and Management (ESSEC Business School, 2014). He also graduated from the King's College of London (LL.M. in International Financial Law, 2015). He has worked for several years in leading Parisian firms in public affairs (JeantetAssociés, DS Avocats, Parme Avocats), as well as in large companies in the construction sector (Vinci Concessions – Groupe Vinci) and water sector (SAUR Group) before joining Squair in 2024
