Aymeric is a corporate lawyer advising his clients in the context of mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, private equity and joint venture operations.

He also regularly assists investment funds both at the investment (minority and majority stakes, ventures and subsequent rounds of financing) and exit phases. Furthermore, Aymeric has developed and in-depth experience in matters related to compliance and company governance.

After having practiced for several years in top tiers French and US firms, as well as in a magic circle law firm, Aymeric worked in house as General Counsel Corporate and M&A of one of the largest wholesaler of insurance products in France. He then joined a major actor of the food distribution industry were he was appointed General counsel. Aymeric decided to join Squair as a Partner in 2022 to provide a bespoke cross expertise legal assistance to French and foreign companies of all sizes, as well as their management teams.

Aymeric holds a degree in Company Law and Finance (DESS Université Lyon III) and a Master degree in Financial Engineering (EM Lyon).
