Axelle is an expert in employment law and advises companies (start-ups, SMEs and major groups) operating in a wide range of sectors. She acts both as counsel, negotiating departures, and handling litigation.

She proposes practical strategies and solutions for companies in term of individual employment relations - in particular disciplinary procedures and dismissals, changes to employment contracts, adaptations of non-compete clauses, non-solicitation and mobility, delimitation of variable compensation, remote working policies - and advises managers on their collective employment relations and staff representatives. She also assists companies or senior and chief executives in the delicate phase of severance negotiations (including the social and tax treatment of termination payments).

Axelle has developed a specific expertise in the Media sector and advises companies on the management of their permanent staff, temporary staff and journalists, on the legal security of specific contracts such as “CDDU” (fixed-term contracts), and on various types of litigation specific to this sector of activity (seniority bonuses, reality shows, reclassification as open-ended contracts, redundancy payments and the Journalists' Arbitration Court, etc.).

Prior to joining Squair, she has worked for law firms such as Lafarge Associés and then Deprez Guignot & Associés (DDG). She holds a Master's degree in Employment Law from the University of Nantes. She was also a lecturer in Employment Law at the renowned Panthéon-Sorbonne University for several years.
