Admitted to the Paris Bar in April 2017, Aurore's practice focuses on commercial contract law and business litigation.

She regularly advises French and foreign companies in developing their commercial relationships with their partners or clients, whether they are professionals or consumers. She negotiates and drafts tailor-made commercial contracts that contribute to the development of her clients' activities while anticipating risks.

Aurore advises, assists, and defends companies of all sizes and sectors as well as executives and shareholders from the pre-litigation stage to the execution of a transaction or a court decision. She intervenes both in plaintiff and defense roles in disputes relating to the performance and termination of civil and commercial contracts, as well as in cases of unfair competition. Aurore has acquired solid expertise in resolving disputes related to acquisition operations, conflicts between shareholders, and the civil liability of executives.

She holds a Master's degree in Business Litigation from the University of Paris X. Aurore practiced for 7 years in Parisian law firms before joining Squair in February 2024.
