Squair law firm (Jennifer Nicolaï and Marie Caruana, Corporate – M&A; Charlotte de Kersauson, Employment Law; Jeannie Mongouachon, Economic Law; Nicolas Maderay, Public Procurement; and Chloé Laboudie, Intellectual Property) advised MOCA's management team on the acquisition of the business and its independence from the ASI group.
The transaction involved the acquisition of the business (transaction, due diligence, and bank financing for the acquisition), as well as the structuring and negotiation of MOCA's simultaneous capital opening to investors, the investment company Bamboo, and business angels from the Nantes region.
Since June 12, 2026, MOCA has become an independent company. Specializing since 2017 in assisting mid-sized companies (ETI) and key accounts with their transformations using Microsoft solutions, MOCA's business was previously developed within the ASI group.
The transaction marks the acquisition of the business by its team of founding and managing partners – Florian Zeller, President, François Née, and Mathieu Deleplanque – continuing a mature entrepreneurial project. Under its new identity, "Modern Consulting & Adoption," MOCA brings together around fifty experts across three sites in France (Nantes, Paris, and Lyon) and offers comprehensive support: consulting, adoption, managed services, and CSP. The company also continues to collaborate in partnership with ASI on topics where their expertise is complementary.
