Squair advises Blandin and Genty in connection with their transformation into Scop

Squair (Marie Caruana, partner lawyer) assisted the companies BLANDIN and GENTY in the context of their transformation into Cooperative Production Companies (Scop).

Located in Nantes (44), BLANDIN specializes in roofing, sealing, plumbing and heating work. For its part, GENTY is based in Saint-Laurent-Blangy (62) and specializes in roofing, sealing, cladding, asbestos removal, plumbing and heating work.

These two companies, subsidiaries of UTB — Union Technique du Bâtiment, Itself Cop, have thus joined the Scop group founded by the latter and are opening up access to membership to their employees.
