The DIS Group, a leading player in the manufacture of complex mechanical equipment, is raising financing as part of the recomposition of its capital. Founded in 2001 and based in Seiches-sur-le-Loir (49), the DIS Group is distinguished by its expertise in fine sheet metal work, mechanical welding and aluminum profile machining. It operates in cutting-edge sectors such as robotics, railways, defense or carbon-free mobility. With 230 employees and a turnover of around €40 million, the group supports its customers from design to assembly, by fully integrating the challenges of eco-design and economy of use.
This operation marks a key step for the group, with the strengthening of the capital management team, the installation of a new governance and the reception of a new player committed to supporting a sustainable growth dynamic.
As part of this operation, Arkéa Banque Entreprises & Institutionels was advised by Blandine Gény, our financing partner and Rémi Seiler.
