On March 12, we had the pleasure of organizing the second edition of the IA Squair Matinale at the firm, hosted by Caroline Chancé alongside Louise Baron, Bérénice Ferrand, Anne-Sophie Lilti and Victoire Grosjean-Moretti.
On the program, two workshops to compare perspectives and deepen concrete issues related to AI:
▶ Regulation on artificial intelligence - Demystification and method of reading the terrain
▶ Contracting an AI project - managing real risks beyond RIA
An opportunity to recall an essential point: the RIA redefines part of the framework applicable to AI, but it does not exhaust risk analysis. In practice, decisive issues also come into play in the field of intellectual property, data, data, confidentiality, responsibility and contractual risk distribution, etc. Effective negotiation therefore requires a broader reading, rooted in the business, technical and operational reality of the project.
Thanks to all participants!
