Specializing in IT law, Louise assists companies, from start-ups to large groups, in various sectors: new technologies, industry, luxury and regulated sectors (banking, insurance, health, health, telecommunications).

After several years working in international firms (DLA Piper, CMS Francis Lefebvre), Louise joined the legal department of Amazon Web Services (AWS). This corporate experience gives her a resolutely pragmatic approach, based on risk management and an operational understanding of business issues.

At Squair, she advises user companies and service providers or publishers in their strategic technological and IT projects, in particular related to cloud computing and outsourcing, and artificial intelligence. Louise has developed unique expertise in large-scale infrastructure projects, in particular for the needs of very high-capacity data centers.

She also works on regulatory compliance issues: data protection, cybersecurity and sovereignty issues, in particular in the context of SecNumCloud and HDS certifications, as well as European texts (GDPR, DORA, NIS2...).

In addition to her professional practice, Louise has been a lecturer on several occasions: in computer contract law at the Institut Supérieur du Droit (ISD), negotiation and risk management within the Master 2 in Space Activity and Telecommunications Law (DAST) at the University of Paris‑Saclay, as well as at the Albert School in personal data protection.
