A lawyer at the Paris Bar, Steeve assists a clientele composed of French and foreign companies as well as public and para-public entities in all issues relating to public business law.

He has developed recognized expertise in public contracts (public contracts, concessions, concessions, subsidies, COT, etc.) and private contracts (grouping agreements, subcontracting contracts, financing contracts, etc.) necessary for the implementation of public projects.

He also acts on behalf of economic operators whom he assists in obtaining administrative authorizations in the context of regulated activities (energy, health, etc.).

Before joining Squair in 2025, Steeve was a lawyer at the Strasbourg Bar and a partner at Racine.
