Luc is a corporate lawyer assisting large and small companies, private investors and investment funds in the context of mergers and acquisitions, and private equity transactions (VC, LBO – MBO – OBO). Luc also advises CEOs, board directors and shareholders in the context of day-to-day management of their company, governance, or restructuring.

Furthermore, Luc has developed throughout his career an in-depth expertise in insolvency and bankruptcy procedures.

Prior to joining SQUAIR, Luc has practiced with top tier law firms including Ashurst, Gibson Dunn and Lamartine Conseil.

Luc holds a Magistère and a Master 2 in business law (DJCE university of Montpellier), as well as an LLM from Ottawa University. He is fluent in English.
