Constance is an expert in tax law and assists companies with their day-to-day tax issues as well as in relation to complex operations (restructuring, acquisitions, transfers, etc.). She has an in-depth experience in structuring and coordinating the implementation of domestic and cross-border transactions for both French and international clients.

She also assists executives in the definition and implementation of their asset management strategy and has a strong expertise in international mobility, as well as tax disputes before the French jurisdictions.

Constance started her career at the Head Office of Fidal International in 2007. Prior to joining Squair as a partner, she has also practiced at Julien-Jeulin & Associés and KPMG Avocats.

Constance graduated from the Magistère of Economic Activities Law at the University Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne. She also holds a Master's degree in Business and Economic law and a Master's degree in Tax law from Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne. She also gratuated from the Executive Master Professional Assets of Managers and Private Wealth from of the Paris University Dauphine-PSL and is a member of the Lawyers Tax Advisors Institute.
