Olivier is a corporate lawyer with a recognized expertise in the negotiations and structuring of mergers and acquisitions, LBOs and fund raising/venture capital (tech) as well as in the occasional follow up disputes (representations and warranties and shareholders disputes). Olivier also has an in-depth experience in corporate governance and compliance matters.
His expertise has been recognized by Legal 500, IFLR 1000, Leaders League and Thomson Reuters.
Olivier is a visiting professor at Sorbonne Law School and Montpellier Law School, teaching negotiation, venture capital as well as AML and anti-corruption. He is also a regional contributor (2013-2018) of the World Bank guide « Doing Business – Going beyond efficiency ».
He holds a MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Masters of Law in international business law from the Montpellier University.
