Squair and LRK Avocats on the sale of Algimouss to PRB

Holcim Investments France, a world leader in innovative and sustainable construction solutions, has acquired Algimouss, a leading French company created in 1976, specializing in maintenance and protection products for the exterior of buildings. It designs, manufactures and markets a wide range of solutions for roofs, facades and other coatings, via a network of more than 3,200 retailers in France and Europe.

Recognized for its industrial know-how and its committed CSR policy, Algimouss joins PRB within the Holcim group, the world leader in sustainable construction materials.

This strategic acquisition aims to complete Holcim's solutions portfolio with an expert offer in the building renovation and maintenance segment. The transaction also marks the exit of Sodero, via the Transmit & Pénériser II fund, after nearly 4 years of support alongside the management team (Denis Liaigre, Antoine Même, Jean-Pierre Thibaud).
