Squair (Renee Kaddouch, partner) supported Wi Advise and its founder Virginie Vincent, in the context of the entry into the capital of 9 Studio, an early stage entity of the 9 Capital Management family office, founded by Julien Lobel.

Based in Paris, Wi Advise provides outsourced financial management services. Around its core business as a part-time CFO, the firm has developed four other offers for start-ups: financial management structuring, cash flow and working capital management, transaction services with financial due diligence in the context of fundraising or with work to improve KPIs before an exit, as well as administrative support.
