
Squair (Charles-Louis Pierron) advised Grégory Lefillatre and François Charles, managers and founders of Digizik, in connection with its acquisition by the Havas group. At the end of this transaction, Digizik joins Havas Media Network within Havas Play, the group's experiential platform dedicated to cultural content and experiences, and will now operate under the “Digizik by Havas Play” brand.
Founded in 2011 by Grégory Lefillatre and François Charles, Digizik is a cultural marketing agency present in France and Belgium. It defines itself as a collective of “Culture Shapers”, mobilizing the power of music and culture to design authentic stories and experiences with a high societal impact, relying on a team of recognized specialists and a structuring network within the international cultural scene.
Today, Digizik supports around thirty active customers and has recently extended its field of intervention to the worlds of fashion, lifestyle, gastronomy and sport. The agency also produces numerous event content alongside leading French-speaking artists, while supporting new emerging talents.
