Squair advises legaltech Allaw in connection with its fundraising

Squair (Jennifer Nicolaï) advised legaltech Allaw in connection with its fundraising, for 1.6 million euros (including €1 million in equity and the rest in debt).

Allaw is developing a customer relationship management solution for legal professionals (lawyers, notaries, court commissioners).

The operation was conducted with the general public via the Sowefund platform, as well as institutional and regional investors, including Delambre Participations, Bamboo, Pays de la LoireParticipations, and Fastea Capital, and with the support of BPI France, Crédit Mutuel Loire-Atlantique CentreOuest, Crédit Mutuel Loire-Atlantique CentreOuest, BNP Paribas and Crédit Agricole Atlantique Vendée Vendée.

This operation reinforces a first round that began in August 2023, thanks to which Allaw raised nearly €500,000 from Business Angels and the Delambre Participations family office.
