Squair advises GOUD Santé in connection with its new fundraising and the entry of LNA Santé into its capital

Squair supported GOUD Santé and its founder, Vincent Roux, in the context of its new fundraising of 1.3 million euros from leading private investors, in particular LNA Santé (a listed family business with a mission, specialized in supporting vulnerable people) and - among others - Christian Lainé (Rivadis Group) and - among others - Christian Lainé (Rivadis Group) or Paul-Henri Dubreuil, as well as historical shareholders who are renewing their trust. This operation comes after the first fundraising of 1 million euros in July 2024 from business angels in the Western region.
