Squair advises Expansion Ventures in the launch of Expansion SCU Coinvest

Squair (Renee Kaddouch and Astrid Briquet, partners) advised Expansion Ventures in the launch of Expansion SCU Coinvest, a co-investment fund with the European Investment Fund (FEI) as part of their joint investment in the Luxembourg company Space Cargo Unlimited.

This fund was set up to allow the rapid deployment of the FEI's investment in Space Cargo Unlimited, a pioneer in applied space research and a true space factory, whose founder is the multi-entrepreneur Nicolas Gaume. This operation is part of the European Invest EU strategy, one year after the launch of the Expansion Ventures fund.

Space Cargo Unlimited announced the closing of its Series A worth 27.5 million euros, in particular with Expansion, Eurazéo and the FEI.
