Squair advises Établissements Perret in the context of the takeover of its activity by its employees

Squair (César Fattah, parnter lawyer) assisted Établissements Perret in the context of the safeguard procedure to which it was subject, converted into receivership, and then the resumption of its activity by its employees constituted as SCOP.

Created in 1920, and labeled “Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant”, the company Établissements Perret has unanimously recognized expertise in metal repelling. It employs 8 people and generates an annual turnover of around 1 million euros.

The resumption of activity by employees, formed in SCOP, makes it possible to preserve century-old know-how, perpetuate the activity, while allowing the modernization of the production tool, thanks to an investment of 300,000 euros.
