Antoine Paszkiewicz joins Squair as a partner

Antoine Paszkiewicz practices corporate law and business law. He advises clients active in various sectors of industry, finance, media, logistics, cinema and real estate in matters of mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, complex contracts and arbitration.

Antoine has in particular been involved in acquisitions, sales and reorganizations projects in France, the United States, Australia, New Zealand, as well as in many European countries including Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Greece, Denmark, Spain and Poland. He also advises foreign companies in setting up structures related to their real estate acquisitions in Europe. In particular, he advised the French government, as well as public authorities on the transactional and financial aspects of an amusement park and concessions project to be built over a period of 30 years, a project representing several billion dollars in investments.

Antoine also represents companies before French courts and intervenes in international arbitrations (LCIA — LMAA) and international litigation (American federal courts and European courts).
